    Orders are accepted with a minimum purchase amount of ₹300.

  2. Payment and Refund Policy:

    All payments are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after payment confirmation.

  3. Product Condition and Responsibility:

    Once a customer receives the order, it is deemed that all products are in good and satisfactory condition.

    JC Bite shall not be held responsible for any complaints regarding defects, damages, or expiry after delivery.

  4. Customer Confirmation:

    By accepting the delivery, the customer confirms product quality and accuracy of the order. Any complaints made after delivery will not be entertained.

  5. Privacy:

    Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.


We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
